I am currently a Research Scientist at the Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute at the University of Utah. My current research is focused on methods for improving visualization techniques by adding uncertainty information. This work includes researching statistical measures of uncertainty, error, and confidence levels, and translating the semantic meaning of these measures into visual metaphors. I received my Phd degree from Utah June 2010, and my M.S. degree from Utah May 2003.
