C++ Software

Currently software is provided for estimation of tensor fields, deformation of tensor fields, simple RK4 based fiber tracking, and some other small utilities. The software below requires ITK, VTK, and boost to be installed.

Requirements

• ITK - CVS revision as of December 1, 2007 required.
• VTK - Version 5.0 or greater.
• boost - Any version.
