License

You may use this set of files on a single computer or move it to and use it on another computer, but under no circumstances may you use the set of files on more than one computer at the same time. You may copy the CD-ROM either in support of your use of the files on a single computer or for backup purposes.

 

You may permanently transfer the set of files to another party if the other party agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. If you transfer the set of files, you must at the same time transfer all copies of the files to the same party or destroy those not transferred. Such transfer terminates your license. You may not rent, lease, assign, or otherwise transfer the files except as stated in this paragraph.

Warranty

If the CD-ROM in this package is defective, the American Bar Association will replace it at no charge if the defective CD-ROM is returned to the American Bar Association within 30 days from the date of acquisition.

 

In no event will the American Bar Association, its officers, members, or employees be liable to you for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use these files even if the American Bar Association or an authorized American Bar Association representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any other party. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, in which case this limitation may not apply to you.
