I am an undergraduate student at the U and I intend to graduate with a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering and a minor in chemistry in Fall 2019. After completing my undergraduate, I plan on attending medical school to eventually become an oncologist. Over the past few semesters, I have been a member of the CEG group where I have expanded my abilities with MATLAB, Seg3D, and SCIRun.
The CEG group, run by Dr. Rob MacLeod, seeks to improve the diagnosis and management of heart diseases based on electrical information present on the body surface. I currently implement MATLAB and optimal arterial bifurcation rules to create a model of the coronary vasculature to help further the understanding of myocardial ischemia.
