Hotel
A block of rooms is being held at the Westin. The price is $245 per night plus tax. This should fall within the per diem rate.
The workshop will take place from 8:30 AM on March 4th to 5:00 PM on March 5th.
To ensure you arrive on time, hotel rooms are available for check-in on March 3rd. If your return flight is on March 6th, you also have the option to stay an extra night on March 5th.

Meals
Meals will be provided during the meeting days. Please note in the registration if you have food allergies/preferences. We will try to accommodate them. There is a restaurant in the hotel for dinner, if you need it when you arrive.

Transportation
The Westin Tysons Corner is located off I495, I66 and Leesburg Pike. Dulles International Airport (IAD) - 15 miles and Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) - 14 miles. They offer a complimentary shuttle to the Tysons Greensboro Metro Station-Silver Line. (It has to be reserved ahead of time so if you know when you'll need it, call the front desk and they will schedule it for you). Parking is free, so if you want to drive, you don't have to pay for parking. Of course, Uber, taxis, and Lyft are also options.
