Short Bio

Research Interests

I am interested in data analysis and scientific data visualisation as well as machine learning, multivariate statistics and cluster analysis.

Current Research. My current research revolves around shape based modeling of cardiac MRI images of atrial fibrillation patients for prediction of thrombus (blood clot) formation.

Interactive Tools

From previous research, an online interface for visualization of sensor network coverage via abstract simplicial complex: http://www.sci.utah.edu/~tsodergren/network_vis.

Patents
