BSPM Data Files

There are 2 data sets that include a geometry file and different data files in this directory, all saved in MATLAB format. To download the data, right click on the following links:

2012 Data set: the collection of choice

  1. Lying on back
  2. Lying on left side
  3. Lying on right back
  4. Sitting up
Note that this directory also contains a geometry file and a script to run map3d, a program that will visualize the measured data on a 3D surface model.

2011 Data set: not as clean or as processed as above

  1. The torso geometry file in MATLAB format.
  2. Lying on the back
  3. Lying on the left side
  4. Lying on the right side
  5. Sitting
  6. Standing
  7. The entire set in a zip file
