- I successfully defended my PhD. thesis titled The Quantitative Study of

- IPMI 2013 June 28 - July 3 Monterey, CA. I presented IDiff: Irrotational Diffeomorphisms for Computational Anatomy slides here) which was well received despite the audience being fatigued from a week on the beach (I was the second to last presenter).

Background
I received Bachelor of Science degrees in mathematics and physics from
Miami University in May 2006. In August 2007 I joined the
Scientific Computing and Imaging (SCI) Institute at the
University of Utah, where I am currently a
bioengineering Ph.D. student advised by
Sarang Joshi.
