This talk will center around the very popular D3 javascript library. In the first part I will give an overview of the underpinnings of D3 and how it can be used to bring data to life using SVG and HTML. The second portion will cover the changes that were implemented in the recently released version 4.0 and how they make this tool even more powerful than before. The talk will be geared towards a wide range of backgrounds, from those interested in finding out what D3 is and how it might be used with their data, to seasoned users who would appreciate an overview of the latest and greatest changes.
