Musculoskeletal Research Labs

Background

I am a Junior in Biomedical Engineering and this is my first position in a research lab. In my free time I enjoy wakeboarding, snowboarding, surfing, longboarding, skimboarding, swimming and scuba diving. I have only broken a total of 10 bones while engaging in these activities.

Current Responsibilities

I'm in Dr. Jeff Weiss' lab performing segmentation of CT scan images of the human hip for simulating of contact pressures in normal and diseased hips.

Research Interests

My interests include joint biomechanics and prosthetics.
