Current Responsibilities

I am a graduate research assistant working for Ross T. Whitaker and Tolga Tasdizen on high-dimensional data analysis with a focus on image analysis applications.

Research Interests

My current focus is on learning manifolds from image data. On the practical side the goal is to learn a manifold from brain MR images. On the theoretical / methodological side I am trying to improve existing and come up with new ways for learning manifolds from samples as well as finding suitable metrics for image data sets.
