Background

Before joining the University of Utah, I completed my Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune, India in 2006. I worked as a software engineer for 2 years at Infosys Technologies Ltd., Pune. This work was related to application programming on mainframe (legacy) systems. I'm currently enrolled as a graduate student of the master's program in Computational Engineering and Science (CES) at the school of computing.

Current Responsibilities

Currently, I'm working in the Data Analysis and Visualization Group with prof. Valerio Pascucci on Topological Analysis of Vector Fields and extending the same to 3D and time dependent vector fields.
