Background

I did B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, India, and MSEE from the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). I worked as a research assistant in Center for Robust Speech Systems (CRSS) in UTD and my masters thesis was focused on the problem of environment mismatch compensation for robust speech recognition. Before joining UTD, I worked at ST Microelectronics, India in Home Video Division, and Tata Elxsi Ltd. in DSP and Multimedia group.

Current Responsibilities

I am a Ph.D student in Computer Science since Fall, 2009. I am working with Dr. Tom Fletcher on image analysis.
