NeuroTracker Prototype

Here we see a 20X widefield optical microscopy image stack of a series of sections taken from the macaque limbic system viewed in conjunction with manual segmentation of axon projections. The data comes from our collaborators at the Brain Institute at the University of Utah and has been imported using the Iris application, which extends the ir-tools developed at the SCI Institute. This visualization was produced using the NeuroTracker prototype application.
