cortexClipInteractive Level-Set Segmentation and Volume Rendering of the Cerebral Cortex from MRI Data

A segmented cerebral cortex from an MRI volume. The brown surface is the level-set segmented surface, and a slice of the MRI data is projected onto a clipping plane (shown behind the segmentation). The level-set surface is defined with an interactive segmentation tool. The level-set and volume rendering computations are both interactively computed entirely on the graphics processing unit (GPU).
