This movie made by NRIMS (http://www.nrims.hms.harvard.edu/) (National Resource for Imaging Mass Spectrometry NIH NIBIB/NCRR P41) shows the variation in protein turnover in an inner ear stereocillia bundle (mouse fed diet enriched with 15Nleucine).
