processing, modeling, simulation, and visualization to their biomedical research.

- Overview of image processing and geometric modeling approaches that are already part of the CIBC software and those proposed for future release.
- Demonstrations using CIBC image processing and geometric modeling software.
- User presentations of image processing and modeling needs/goals in their research.
- Discussion of future needs and priorities in image processing and geometric modeling.

Workshop tuition fee:
- $200 per person.
- Includes accommodations, all course materials, breakfasts, lunches,

- Note: Workshop tuition will be reimbursed for the first 20
participants to register from academic institutions
Workshop travel scholarships:
We will offer two scholarships for students wishing to attend the workshop that will cover their travel costs to and from the workshop, as well as the tuition fee. To apply, send a brief summary of the specific role of computing in your research and a description of how the CIBC software might be of use for that research to deb@sci.utah.edu. Scholarship application deadline is April 7, 2006.
