CIBC Software Tutorial at Northeastern University 2012

June 5-7  /  Northeastern University

Summary

The NIH/NCRR Center for Integrative Biomedical Computing (CIBC) is pleased to offer a tutorial for scientists and engineers interested in learning how to use the CIBC software. The goal of the workshop was to describe both the problem solving environment, SCIRun, Seg3D and BioMesh3D, programs developed by the CIBC for specific high-impact biomedical applications. We also invited participants to bring their own data and their laptop computers so as to provide relevant, real world examples. CIBC staff and developers are on hand to help participants learn the programs, port their data, and generate useful results.

Instructors: CIBC faculty member Dana Brooks as well and staff scientists and developers Ayla Khan, Dan White, and Moritz Dannhauer.
35 attendees: including five Faculty and Post Docs, and 30 Graduate Students.
