![]() Description: This is a 323 synthetic dataset of a regularly gridded volume (a LatticeVol) spanning spatially from (-1, -1, -1) to (1, 1, 1). The LatticeVol of doubles is a field containing the value x2 + y2 + z2 at each sample. The second field is the gradient of the first, and is therefore stored as a LatticeVol of vectors. |

![]() Description: This is another synthetic dataset. It's a spherical unstructured mesh composed of tetrahedral elements. The first Field, sphere.tvt.fld, has a conductivity tensor stored at each element of the mesh. The second, sphere.tvd.fld, contains the voltage resulting at each node in the field, due to a dipolar source, sphere-dipole.pcv.fld (the dipole is represented as a PointCloud Field of Vectors). Finally, sphere-electrodes.pc.fld is a point cloud representing electrodes arranged near the boundary surface nodes of the volume. The ``electrodes'' are useful for acquiring simulated electrode measurements. Conductivities: |

![]() Description: This directory contains time-dependent datasets for use with the tikhonov-inversion, show-eeg-data, and torso-tank-bem, BioPSE networks. The EEG data (GN257*, eeg_*) contain 256 channel ERP data files from an auditory P300 expirement, that are part of the EGI tutorial. One has individual subject averages concatenated together, and the other consists of a grand average of all the subjects. The GN257 files are the sensor positions, where the grimson bersion has been coregistered to the brain-eg dataset. The EEG data comes courtesy of EGI. The ECG time series data (epi*) come from 128 measurement sites on the surface of an isolated canine heart and a torso shape electrolytic tank with 192 measurement sites, into which we suspended the heart. In this particular experiment, we carried out focal cooling to change the heart's recovery characteristics. We have also included the boundary element "forward matrix" (for_mat*) and the cardiac sock geometry (25feb97) for this dataset. The Ucager and Utankr datasets are from the 15may2002 dataset. The ECG data are provided by investigators at the University of Utah. |
